When we first launched Campayn we had a circus theme and the carnival style logo made more sense. We had some great illustrations but as the look and feel of our website evolved and became cleaner and more modern the logo and font style made less sense to the point where it really looked incongruent with all of our other brand elements. We just didn’t feel that it represented us, our ideas, our services and our values.
A cleaner modern approach
For our new logo we really wanted something to not only clearly tell people what we help them do but also to reflect some important ideas about our company. We wanted to tone it down a little on the cartoons and the noise. We needed to step back and take on more of a ‘supporting cast’ role to our clients… like the guy you recognize in all those great movies who makes the main star look good but you can’t quite remember what other movies he’s been in. These are the words and concepts that were important to us for our new identity.

All of the ideas may not be very obvious at first but that’s ok. We took a lot of complex ideas and boiled them down into the simplest form we could. The logo is one part of a brand and the other is what you, our customer and the outside world feels about us through your experiences with our service, customer support and everything you touch. As hard as it is to let go of the familiar we hope you like our new face to the world and embrace it as we all have.
